SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

• We charge a flat rate of R80 for local delivery within Cape Town.

• Regional R100 and National R160.

• We know you will be eagerly awaiting your goodies, but it may take a few days to arrive. We aim to courier all orders within 5  working days unless there are unforeseen circumstances, which we will then be in contact with you. Once orders are couriered, you will receive a reference/tracking number.

• NB: Couriers will deliver your parcel weekdays between 9am and 5pm so it’s usually best to use your work address unless you’re home during the week.

• If your order is returned back to us because of incorrect shipping details or delivery can’t be made, you will be held responsible for shipping fees to resend your order.

• If you prefer picking up your order, just click the local collection box upon checkout.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not return, exchange or refund any products/gifts but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
