Individual Therapy
Where are you located?
We are located in Mitchell’s Plain. If you choose to pick up your order, the address will be emailed to you upon payment received. We do not have a physical store at this time.
How does payment work?
We are currently accepting direct bank deposits and instant cash. Cash will be accepted for items that’s In Stock upon collection only.
When will I get my order?
Please see delivery timescales on individual items. Items in stock or displayed in our shop will be ready to ship within 3-5 working days. Large wood signs and bulk orders can take up to 3 weeks, please email us at shop@lilmizcrafty.co.za to query availability for rushed orders. We try to get all orders out immediately when it’s been completed.
My item is ready to be picked up or shipped but I didn’t get a picture.
I strongly encourage you to request a photo before you come to pick up. I try to send one as soon as your item is ready but at times I work late at night and have mom tired brain especially with 2 toddlers I do often forget.
I messaged you on your social media platforms but never responded. What should I do?
For some reason I do not receive the notification to inform I have inbox messages for both FB and Instagram and therefore could miss your message. If you notice this has happened to you, please send another message to the cell number or send us an email shop@lilmizcrafty.co.za. Please know that this is not on purpose.
Also: We have 2 small kids who often take our phone and accidently open messages. We try to stay on top of this but sometimes we miss some. Please message us again if you don’t get a response within 48 business hours as we try to get responded to all messages within 24 hours.

Can I order something you haven’t done before?
Ofcourse, Lil Miz Crafty is not limited to the signs and items we’ve done before or currently making. All items are changeable to suit your requirements. Please email us your ideas or any queries to shop@lilmizcrafty.co.za
Do you offer delivery?
We offer local and national delivery. We do not ship internationally as yet.
Can I exchange my order?
Due to the nature of items we can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
We want to ensure each and every customer loves their items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us and we will determine a resolution on a case by case situation.
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor and mobile screen displays colour a bit differently. Therefore, the colours you see on your screen could be slightly different than the colours you see in person. I do not use filters and colour adjustments on our website. We want you to see exactly what you’re getting so there’s no disappointment. Please contact us for more information or if you need us to send you more pictures of print colours.
Please note for custom orders although I try to duplicate your image or idea provided as closely as possible, there might be slight variations. I will send you a draft before production to ensure you are happy with the design and fonts. Please know that I use normal acrylic paint for the background on the wood signs and all wording in black chalk paint. The black will therefore not be bright and look slightly greyish. Small imperfections from handmade signs are to be expected and this making them unique in its own way. If this is something you think might bother you, then our wood signs might not be a good fit for your need.
